Do not own it myself yet. I actually prefer firmer pads, but maybe I will give it a try. I've heard people comparing the surface to the Spyre Kamek. Love their choice of color. Without judging the Raven Mori, you're right, as someone who just uses the pad and if all I care about is how it feels and how it works, it doesn't matter what base they use. It matters the moment you pay more for something you don't get. Then it is false advertising and at least not fair to competitors in the market who use real Poron or don't advertise their "fake" Poron as real. So I can understand people worrying about whether it's beeing advertised correctly.
