Because some Jedi never completely loved him, didn't respect him, didn't trust him, didn't take him seriously and even despised him. As a child before Obi-Wan started teaching him, he was hated and psychologically bullied by other children "Anakin is a slave to his feelings" and that was only because of envy because he was much more gifted and skilled than them. . . . And many other things and sufferings he and his padawan, Ashoka Tano, the Jedi like to cause. Yoda during the Clone Wars, he met the spirit of Darth Bane in Sitt's tomb, which is created by the rule of two. And later in his visions he saw Anakin becoming Darth Vader and didn't do anything about it because I thought it wasn't worth it. Anakin was a slave all his life - Tatuine, Jedi, Love, Dark Side. He became a father figure to Qui-gon Jinn, during his stay in the temple he was psychologically bullied and called by others "Anakin slaves to his own feelings", he lost his mother, the Jedi never married him all the time and without proper evidence he accused Ashoka and caused her to leave and finally he was afraid of losing Padmé. The only and worst support given the events was Palpatine who was a fatherly substitute for Anakin from the beginning. When he used Mace Windu's hand and after killing the Jedi he was already in the dark as the dark side itself showed him to the planet Mortis The One Son. On Mustafar, Padme almost got him from the dark side, but Obi-Wan discovered him and screwed it up. Anakin "Vader" built his castle on Mustafar and thanks to the two sbosobs he tried to revive Padmé but he could not see it due to the fact that Luke and Leya were already born, they were the only ones preventing it with their existence. Too bad he didn't find "Word between Wolrds" on the planet Lothal. He would create an alternate Reality or go through all of history. ;) . . . You have to find out about the lost 20 Jedi like Count Dooku, about the fates of Jedi with the ability to see the future, young apprentices who were not taken by any Jedi masters to learn, who showed little talent for the force and were not shown to the temple which in some cases was quite drastic, . .. Blinded by ego, aronance, pride, absolute help to people and not following the path of forces. Honor to the exceptions and one of the true Jedi was Master Fey. The Jedi and the Fallen Jedi (Sith) have betrayed the memory and message of their common ancestors of the Je'daii Order by their actions and the endless battles of their Civil War. 😊 May the force be with you. Wasn't here for the premiere, but here to help clear some stuff up. 1. We do play as Mike in the first six games. -As firing of the character we play as in FNAF 1 and 2 are for the same reason. -And the Phantom animatronics do confirm that it's still the same guy who is there in FNAF 3. -FNAF 4 is a bit tricky due to the 8 bit minigames. But it can be explained away as the 8 Bit mini games are from the Crying Child's pov and the actual game play with the Nightmares are Mike getting punished/experimented/tormented on by his father -Sister location is easy, as it's straight up confirmed in game -For Pizzeria Simulator it's implied. 2. The burning of the locations of FNAF1 and 2 does explain why the Phantom Animatronics have a burnt look to them. -Everyone assumed that since 3 was set in a horror attraction the Phantoms were just on brand with the theme. So Mat giving us an actual reason for why they look the way they do helps while making Mike burning Faz Bear Fright isn't out of nowhere. 3. Ultimate Custom Night is William's personal Hell. As that's confirmed from the Dialogue that the Animatronics have in game. Also him calling out for Mike to help him can only be heard if you fail to beat only Old Man Consequences on a difficulty of one. -OMC is a reference to FNAF world. And in UCN is implied to be Henry who gives Cassidy advice. 4. The whole circuit board thing helps explain Glitchtrap's existence. 5. And despite having been burnt at the end of Pizzeria Simulartor... We know that William always comes back. I mean everyone who already knows about a certain story in the books, knows why that is the case.

@@langdonledwig3734 It could have been both. I somehow doubt William would draw the line at only experimenting on one of his kids. We could just be playing from the switching perspective of both CC and Mike. Though, I'm pretty sure Fnaf 4 is where the retcon scott mentioned is, so I don't think we'll ever truly know who we're playing as in that game, it's really just down to your personal preference.

A combo of light retconin, new ideas, old ideas abandoned, and books leaving partial answers have left us with a time line in the early days (first five games) that will never fit right meaning this will be the best we ever get (unless something crazy is told to us in newer games). Mat has done the best he can with what we got even if we all don't agree (I got a few nit picks) but hey that's just a theory, a game theory, thanks for reacting 😀.

For your question on how to justify the discrepancies: Scott admitted that he retconned part of the story. He just never said which part. It was all the result of FNaF blowing up and becoming wildly popular when no one expected it to. It didn't have any lore in the beginning, other than missing children and bad smelling animatronics. If Scott retconned part of it, then that means, that parts of the story CAN'T line up in a way that fits everything perfectly. That leaves theorists like Matpat having to make guesses they can't fully substantiate.

So MatPat actually addresses why he doesn't upload all four parts in a row. It's bad for the algorithm. KZbin will see that he uploads four FNAF videos in a row, they'll perform very well, and then his next nonFNAF video will inevitably underperform relative to the previous ones. The channel needs to retain a consistent level of viewership and engagement over the course of his upload schedule and having a sudden peak is great in the moment, but is bad for the time surrounding that peak, especially the follow up time.

Well the answer to the predicament at the end of Mat's theory is simple. Michael went to the 1st 2 locations before his Father got springlocked. So what if the reason he got fired for odor wasn't that he was dead? So what if we don't know the motive? I'm sure after what happened with his brother, he'd want to investigate the other locations for himself. He just had to wait til he was old enough to get a job. Idk it's not perfect but that's my current head canon.

It is highly likely that up until and including FNAF 6 We play as Micheal the only one we know for 100% certain we play as as Michael are FNAF 4 and FNAF 5 it is a 99% chance that we play as Michael during FNAF 6 and only slightly less likely for FNAF 3 FNAFS 1 and 2 are pretty up in the air it's possible that we're meant to be William in FNAF 2 or just random security guards in the 2 games. Because those two games are so early in the timeline it's hard to place anyone in the security guard positions because they're just isn't enough evidence

There's really no "correct" theory that could exist for this part that accounts for all the evidence. It's highly implied that Ennard is infused with the spirits that inhabited the original Freddy animatronics whose parts they were made from, which would necessitate FNAF 1 and 2 happening before Sister Location. Then again, the common reasons the games give for Mike getting fired in FNAF 1 and 2 at the end of the week necessitate that Mike be scooped before FNAF 1 and 2, putting Sister Location before FNAF 1 and 2. So there's no clean way to do it, unless we assume that the Funtimes have the spirits of other kids that got experimented on, or we shrug off the firing reasons as jokes.

This theory is well… interesting. Although I do like how it focused on Mike and his journey, the problem with this whole theory is the timing of everything. Matt seems to be going with Michael’s scooping before the events of FNAF 1 and 2 which doesn’t seem very likely. The reason for this is the why the animatronics attack you in the games. They attack you because you look like their murderer and since it’s said that Michael and William look identical, that explains their behavior but if Mike is a corpse during the events of FNAF 1 and 2, Mike wouldn’t resemble William since he is a corpse. They could be attacking because you’re wearing a security guard outfit which is probably what William wore when he killed the kids but still, it doesn’t make since. Maybe you could see it as Michael is human during 1987 (FNAF 2 as Fritz Smith), then his scooping in Sister Location, and then FNAF 1 (1993 as Mike Schmidt) but even this is still off. Why would Michael be fired for is odor in FNAF 2 when he isn’t scooped at that point? Unless Fazbear Entertainment fires it’s employees is ridiculous ways, it doesn’t line up. I’m not sure how I feel overall with this video. I just wished we got exact dates of events, especially when Sister Location take places, but I don’t feel confident in this one

It’s pretty obvious that Scott planned on Dream Theory being official but because of the response it could have, he retconned the story to fit his new story because both Sister Location and Pizzeria Simulator from a story perspective was to explain the confusion of FNAF 4, which was going to confirm Dream Theory but ended up being retconned. Also FNAF World was supposed to apart of this but I’m pretty sure it’s no longer deemed canon

While most of the stuff MatPat said is true, there are some that he got wrong, like with sister location. The elevator isn't in the house. If you look at the map at 7:21, it's clear. The bottom middle square is the elevator and four squares on the upper left corner is the house. The secret entrance to the rental from the house doesn't exist. It's so easy to see and yet everyone just forgets about it for some reason. However, the facility IS connected to Freadbear's Family Diner, which is the rectangle on the right of the house (the one with two gray dots in it, the dots are supposed to be Freadbear and Springbonnie). Three lines connecting the diner and the house is just a road by the way. Also, Michael didn't just break in to the rental. He got the night shift job. It's true that he applied because he was on a mission to free his sister, but it was still a completely legal job. Lots of other people also had shifts in the rental, but Micheal's shift is the last one, so he's always alone.
