A good way to proc treachery fast is to go to river of flame wp, then go up to the fire patches there and stand in them.

It's slightly slower doing it that way, less chances to proc since you're waiting for fire to burn every few ticks vs. taking several hits at a time

Nicely done! Question. How were you able to hit Baal so easily? Using zeal with more than double your attack rating I only hit him about 50% of the time. That’s not including his block chance

They changed Impale in D2R to never miss. But if you're struggling to hit Baal with Zeal you should try and get a weapon with -100 monster defense per hit and then aim to hit him ~33 times (without leaving the arena) and then swap back to your weapons of choice - I use Malice runeword in a Flail to hit him, since it's -100 defense per hit and 100% chance of open wounds
