search for damaging ailments in the tree like fast acting toxins, wasting, deterioration. they add a good amount more magnitude and damage also check out leeching toxins for some good sustain and building toxins + escalating toxins for more damage.

Instead of taking the poison chance to hit, and the one duration after stacking toxins you should take the evasion from escape velocity as all poison skills already apply poison guaranteed. You will gain more evasion and move speed which is far better. Taking accuracy in the bow tree, is going to be wasted as your going to be so heavily dexterity based you accuracy should be just fine. You should have enough points to grab frenzy charges or pocket sand.

I beat him on normal A2 yesterday with my lightning ranger, it took many attempts. Most of my issues were my age, my inability to land all the dodges and the fact he is so lighting resistant. However, I managed.

Stay close to the boss his ranged attacks are much stronger than his attacks up close. Also get a chock charm and resist helps a lot. Phase 2 is much easier.
