i'm sorry you feel that way :( if you want to get better at the game I recommend just playing qps with heroes that you enjoy, so if you like playing mercy keep playing her ! for some greats tips on mercy I'd check out Niandra's comprehensive guide on mercy and it'll help A LOT

@ my main support right now is lifeweaver but I don’t know if I should switch or keep playing him

in my opinion lifeweaver is extremely fun to play.. but if you're looking for a good support lw and mercy aren't the best picks right now unfortunately :') bap, juno, and brig are better supports but i'd say keep playing what U think is fun!
