As someone who Always wins on electrodrome, guess I got a new strategy to test out

The way gliders work is that at a certain point, the physics engine is hard coded to pull the player in whatever direction the bottom of the kart is facing- usually, this is downward so it works as intended. But if you use your momentum to swing the kart one way, it'll pull the kart that way if you hold down on the analog stick and if you pull back up, it'll swing you the other way without losing you much time. Since the top of the character's head and the top of the kart was never intended to collide with a vertical wall, the momentum keeps carrying you into the wall without knocking you back, allowing you to keep your speed and direction at the expense of controlling and losing some height. Though because of the purple miniturbo, you pretty much have enough momentum to tank hitting the wall when you land and turn quickly enough. I'd be willing to bet there's a method that doesn't involve swinging so far to the right, and that would save a lot of time.

It was always known you could jenzua glider here, however the actual part which builds the speed (losing the glider while u still have momentum) was discovered recently

I’ve seen similar happen on DK Jungle! For some reason if you’re holding hard in a direction after performing a mini-turbo glider vector in the other direction, you get huge speed in that direction! It’s thrown me off the booster ramps after the glider cut so many times
