The easiest mistake that made the game longer was not using the javelin on the level 6 marksman and his buddy.

the cannon upgrade on the overlords would have been amazing here, really helps with chaff clear

with that many overlords it's the only logical choice to further upgrade them. the artillery has huge range is wrecks ground chaff like mustangs, i think it would have been the difference maker here

Only if taken instead of range, which he couldnt do Overlords are staying at the max range - cannons only shoot up to 120m

It has been my experience that if I focus on a unit several rounds in a row (in your case Overlords) I will make it too easy for my opponent to counter them. Ideally I try to create a new problem for the other player each round so that I get to keep the momentum. It's easier said than done though. Towards the end of the match I like to get the teleport for Overlords and focus fire on one side of the field. Apart from that seeing your progress in the game has been astonishing.

Armor on the overlord so that there is this -60 damage on each shot. Should completely remove the damage from the stangs no ?

Armor upgrade on Overlords pretty much negates any Mustang damage and the only threat left would be THE ORANGE MAN

At around 900 MMR, I got into a crazy 22 round game. We just keep exactly countering each other (or i guess both playing badly enough) that every round ended in almost a draw. Edit - extended range vulcan is actually a balance issue rn. just totally breaks the game because it is more range and more damage.

Don't underestimate the marksmen.. Overlord into marksmen is a risky choice imo. I think 2-3 sandworms with baby worm spawns on death would have be really strong, since they buy enough time for your units to close the range.

If only he had javelined the 2 snipers on the left, that would have been pretty easy victory. Those 3 snipers killed all the overlords.

I'm at 180 MMR after a week and like 25-30 games. Loses more than I win, but I still highly enjoy the game and the community is very nice. When you make the perfect counter and eliminate 40-50% of the enemy bar in one round, the satisfaction can't be matched.

There were no high health targets for the cannon.

cannon+ launcher overload (no launcher overload equipped, so wasp instead i guess) instead of range would've easily won this, bunch all the overlords on one side instead of spreading them out, the mobile beacon them straight to one tower then the other. They will shoot while moving as long as nothing is directly in front of their path, and the reduced range from overload helps with that. Add crawler flank to cover overlords' advance as mustangs are terrible at clearing crawlers in time. An issue would be losing a bunch of overlords to a single javelin, but you can mindread juke with mobile beacon as well.

Dont think so. Too many small units on the other side, and Grubby units too far in the back. No chance to rush tower.

You didnt counter his fire well. Two crawlers in the middle of the flanks, and crawlers at the front to eat the fire and lay t close the opponent units. In addition oil. Then he burns his own units faster. And no need for oil tech on Vulcan. Probably Warfactory would also be a better choice. And in general: your army too far in the back.

What have they done recently to amplify everything else they've already been doing since their inception? I.e. double team, fk her gently, rise of the Phoenix (which was a large phallus), Demon slaying music, just to name a few of their tame works... Whatever they did, would be very surprised if it was any different than the usual D.

After the recent attempt on Trump's life, Kyle Gass made a birthday wish on stage for "Don't miss Trump next time" while Jack Black laughed with everyone. Then to save face Kyle made an apology tweet that he later deleted, and Jack said that he wouldn't be finishing their current tour. They have said "they just needed a break" though, so it's pretty obvious how they really feel. Feel however you want, idgaf. But don't promote literal violence to millions of your followers and expect people to keep listening.

@@LastZepp1 You can separate the art from the artist, but if you support the art then you are supporting the artist. And that is something I refuse to do after their show followed by their PR stunt. It is completely disgraceful to speak that way about a fellow person. My opinions of their music hasn't changed, but that's not enough to get me to listen to it going forward.
