The pastry you got from 鲍师傅 is called 肉松小贝, it's kinda hard to translate, it basically means meat floss shellfish. Many Chinese people love the soft texture and the sweet salty flavor of it. If you eat it in one bite, the filling will just burst in your mouth, it's very delicious.

There are lots of good restaurants in Chongqing ,and if you want try the hot pot,you can just tell the waiter you wanna "way way la " hot pot,which means the hot pot with less spicy.And you can order more beef or other meats instead of vegetables because the vegetables would be more spicy in hot pot. Last but not the least,you can call the waiter to help you make the sauce for the hot pot,they have more experience.

I WANNA CRY!!! That bakery store I have been wanting it for the longest. BUT, GTA area doesn't have the store! Live in Canada as well. The first one you tried is creamy custard inside with kinda dry seaweed and pork floss outside. The best I tried so far. You can get it from Chinese supermarket in Canada like TNT, but its just not as good.

@@KouroshKamyabi Of course. I live in Mississauga, The alley is one of the best bubble tea I think. And for fruity teas, KUNG FU tea is the one. Just google. Peel region tbh isn't that fancy lol. All the good bubble tea shops are in Scarborough and north york and markham area. I AM SO SAD. ALSO, TNT do have a lot of snacks, but if compares to those in China, you will know the difference unfortunately.

Hi KS, I don't know if it's appropriate to say this, but the cake you had around 3:40, has dried pork floss on it, and possibly used lard to have the flosses attach to the surface (if not mayonnaise). I'm not fully sure if you have to follow certain religious rules, but if you do, anything with that floss, you probably want to avoid having them.
