I mean I’m not trying to exhaust a fish to the point of death especially in a pond that doesn’t have good amounts of oxygen. In open waters or the bay or even creeks where current is flowing it’s a different situation 🤙

Nice fish. just a tip though. If you are going to release then better not to stick your fingers inside the gills as this will damage them.

@@JonathanGarcia-vd1gf There is a pond right next to Hampton Inn in Bonita Spring/Naples-North. You have to use live bait, preferably Mayan ciclids. Free line them in the middle of the pond. You can catch 20 pound tarpon there. Good luck. 🤞
