I think the thing about the Kobe 8s is, since the upper is mostly fabric/cloth, they lean into these all-over prints a lot. It comes off as tacky at times, like the 8/24 print on that emerald blues & radiant emeralds, the colors were fire but the print was not it. The butterfly print on the Mambacitas ain't as bad, but it probably would've been better if it were just tie-dyed, camo, or snake print like past Kobe 8s. All in all, I'm just glad they're releasing so many new colorways though, I think Kobe 8s had some of the weaker colorways, other than maybe the Area 72 Kobe 8s & WTK 8s. The Area 72 Kobe 8s are the best colorway imo, I hope they retro them!
