Dont get disappointed when weight loss goes down to 1-3 pounds a week. You're mostly losing water weight the first couple weeks you start exercising and dieting and losing weight too fast can set you on course for your weight to yoyo or developing health issues. As a Londoner I find it hilarious that the police were waiting at the next station, unless they’re there to give him a medal. A man broke into my house( I live just off Buck Pal rd so not exactly too far for police to respond) when they turned up, trying to be helpful I’d drawn the man while it was still fresh and mentioned that he’d rung the doorbell first, which I ignored at 3am and he wasn’t wearing gloves so he probably left a fingerprint or two. They fell about laughing and told me that CSI isn’t real. A single woman living alone, I was left with a broken door but was confidently reassured that he probably’ wouldn’t return. Alright then. Taxpayer money well spent!
