She creates fake ultrasounds with an app. She has hundreds of online boyfriends who she scams money from to pay bills that she doesn't have. She's never had a job but claims she's a CEO.. She always mooched off our elderly grandmother. Men reach out to me asking if I know her or if shes pregnant. I tell them NO she's not pregnant. Again she has several local men thinking shes pregnant with their child. They send her money. One even built a nursery. She has tons of baby stuff from baby showers. these men & their families always believe her. I told her parents that we need to get her some help before something bad happens but her family enables her toxic entitled behavior! They feed into her lies and delusions instead of telling her no and getting her help. I have cut ties with most of them but anytime I see her trying to scam someone, I immediately warn them. But it means, usually, that person isn't allowed to file any more lawsuits of any kind against anyone without paying a large amount of money UP FRONT and their cases still might get rejected from getting litigated in the courts. It's just so hard to get vexatious litigant rulings against anyone.

@slupot7 ай бұрын
What we need is a gatekeeper of sorts. A process at the very start that can detect most BS lawsuits, deem them frivolous. Then make a law to criminalize the act of using the courts to harrass, intimidate or waste time/money. Gatekeeper goes over the case, and if it's deemed BS, the plaintiff is barred for filing another suit for like a year, and has to pay a fine and ALL costs associated with it. If they do it again, add jail time, bigger fine, longer ban.

@@dillongage And they do, in most countries. Mine, for example. (Canada.) Among several points where the Canadian legal system is superior to our neighbours' (no elected judges, greatly limited voir dire, Supreme Court justices who serve only four to six years, no legislative confirmation of justices...) is the prerogative of Canadian judges to refuse to hear cases. I don't know exactly how this works; they can't just throw anything out. But when I immigrated to Canada twenty years ago, I was surprised to learn that Canadian judges sometimes "overturn" laws by refusing to hear cases based on them. If the legislative authority can't any court to hear a case, the law in question becomes unenforceable, i.e., de facto overturned. The process is sometimes called a judicial strike or judicial protest. It's rare -- hard to get every judge in the province to go along -- but it does happen. I'm told they can also stop frivolous suits and legalistic bullies using the same power. (I'm not an attorney; all I know is what I've learned by paying attention to the news. If a Canadian lawyer turns up and corrects me on any of this, go with that.)

How would that clause be enforced? It's not like primink can see the accounts of all the people who watched his videos and even if he could, those two can still watch the videos without logging into yt

@@RandomPersonOf2005 exactly what oceanography said. You cannot control someone's actions, but you can put things in place so that there are repercussions and consequences for violating those measures put into place and disturbing his peace. Edited to say that it would be enforced the way any typical restraining order would be enforced. If either of them were to contact him or make any type of videos about him again, that would constitute a violation of the restraining order, and would be subject to arrest, jail time, or any other specific punishment outlined in the court order.

So they need to make money, and get out bs awards to make the sum cost fallacy work for the egos on the people submitting for the festivals.
