Curie would have been a good companion. She is a nurse robot. Also all doctors sell syringer rifle so I assume it's the main weapon for them. And there is also a surgical mask you can find to put on with the goggles.

Also curie gives you stimpacks and her perk heals you for 100 HP whenever you are at 20 % HP every in game 24 hours. This pairs very good with nerd rage. You can rest for 24 h before going to any dungeon or area to always have the perk active.

@@InsaneFrame I am not sure tho if that's gonna be easy. Because in Fallout you can ignore side quests and still earn enough XP to not fall of a cliff. If you have to do most side quests for every baldurs gate 3 run, that's gonna be a nightmare to produce. But you could probably do some fun runs, maybe even with coop. (Can you beat baldurs gate using only barrelmancy for example)
