One of the best touches that the animator of the video throws in is a nod to Danny and classic NSP videos: when Danny runs at the Nintendo ninja to try to help during the fight with Ninja Brian and he kicks Danny through a window, the outside shot cuts to Puppet Danny shattering out of the window and falling out of the building.

YIPPEE I CAN FINALLY YAP ABOUT THIS NOW LMAO I noticed *_immediately_* that the song was a take on the style of Wait (The Whisper Song) by Ying Yang Twins. In fact I listened to them back and forth and the similarities are fun to catch 😅 I love that they integrated the “Arin’s dad works at Nintendo” bit from GameGrumps, it makes it feel much more aligned with GG humor. The sheer amount of memes and niche internet references in this video is almost shocking, like the Zelda shirt + khakis meme from Twitter, the soyjack pointing memes and the rotoscoping of the twerking and breakdancing memes took me tf OUT. I think my favorite “retro game” mentioned was either Plerm or Mattel’s Barbie’s Adventures In Toledo, Ohio (for obvious reasons lmao). Great reaction as per usual!! And yes I am absolutely gonna cosplay Zelda Khaki Ninja Brian 🤣🤘🏽💚

I don’t normally watch music reviews like this, but you popped up on my recommended. So glad I watched. I love the breakdown you give, explaining the jokes and little bits. Gives me more to appreciate in the creation of the song. Like, I didn’t even get that Cuck Hunt was a duck hunt reference. Other games are references for real games, like the financial lender thing. By the way, the fictional game is called "One Smart Fella He Felt Smarted", and it is a play on a tongue-twister that Danny has said before, "One smart fella, he felt smart." The trick is if you try to say it several times very quickly, you often inadvertently end up saying "fart smella" or "smelt fart".

The fact that Squark appears in Ninja Brian’s Super Murder Land but NOT Squark 3D is hilarious considering Squark 3D is supposedly about his villain, Electchode, and NBSML seems to have nothing to do with Squark based on the synopsis we were given. But he’s in it! Comedy Gold. Also, the fact that you are the same Insane Ian that lists the games Danny and Arnold have beaten was mind-blowing. Just wanted to say that was crazy lmao. Great vid!

He is the star of Squark franchise and mascote of the American video game company Squark Co. Squark is a squirrel, except really cool. Ninja Brian has not been seen since. Squark is considered one of the worst games on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, with poor con and lacklust graphics. The reason Nintendo and their goons at the end of the song are ninjas are cause of the term "Nintendo Ninjas". They are basically people that nintendo sends out to find people who are doing things to their company that they dont like. IE: that 50+ year old guy nammed bowser that sold modded switch thats now in generational debt (almost a billion) to nintendo for his crimes of piracy and selling counterfeit switches
