The fact that you never animated in pixel art before this is insane. You captured the essence of those old-school games so well!

I still watch this mv every day just for Arin doing a headspin and stopping on a dime. 10/10

My favorite scene is Arin walking with the computer saying how it’s top secret! Something about the beat picking up with him bouncing to it is really fun to watch 🤙

When the boards came up i completely forgot about the gifs so the skeleton breaking it down with "< arin" on the side just sent me dude. Great video, i have that stupid song and super mario all bars on loop almost the whole damn day on soundcloud, please do more. Have a awesome day!

The live action Arin mouth for Plerm is genius, amazing idea! But thanks also for sharing that full clip here, hopefully it didn’t awaken something…

The transition between the Mario Teaches Wiping frame to the original sketch absolutely killed me

Hearing "Cuck Hunt" and " Diarreah Warrior" to the cheery Direct music has me rolling laughing. All these gags that you'd see for mere frames have so much work put into them. Congrats on an amazing video!

These were all utterly fantastic, and you did such a great job! Really interesting to see some of the extended versions, and how some of the shots were done!
@ShadowMario2000Ай бұрын
I also noticed during the section where Plerm was being drawn, it was a reference to the original Kirby animated show's credits where they teach you step by step how to draw Kirby, starting with the circle. Love that throwback.

@rileyn2983Ай бұрын
Omg thanks for the behind the scenes! I absolutely loved the music video. Might be my favourite animated music video. It's got so many creative ideas, you can tell you spent a long time on it. Tbh I thought Starbomb (maybe it was just Arin that wrote the lyrics, idk) came up with a lot of the ideas while writing the song, because they work so well with the lyrics. To see that you came up with it all by yourself is super impressive. Also I love all the animation of Arin. Hearing that this is similar to Smiling Friends and you worked on it makes me want to watch Smiling Friends for more animation like that.

I've watched this music video so much, your animations are just so fun and smooth. I love the mix of so many things like rotoscoping, pixel animations, text animations, etc. You did such a great job! Something about the style and movements in the video, particularly the section with Ninja Brian's sick neck dodges, remind me of a game called Headbangers: Rhythm Royale. Just the level of silliness with how polished it is is so fun!
