As always, Panda, great video! Hey, you know what would be really helpful? A video on how to make good rice in a Cukoo rice cooker. I lost the little measuring cup that came with the cooker, am now using a “up to the first knuckle of the finger” method to determine the amount of water to use. Kind of works, but sometimes doesn’t. Also, the amount of water varies depending on brown or white rice. I need to know how you do rice. From the look of it, it is perfect and not gooey.

So just measured it the other night and the measuring cup that comes with the rice cooker is 3/4 cup. Just fill up the water to the number on the inside correlating with the rice you're cooking. So if you're making 3/4 cup you fill it up to the 1, if you do 1.5 cup, fill it up to 2, etc. The key to non gooey rice is rinsing the rice until the water runs clear. Let me know if that helps!

When would you nornally add meat? And what meat? And how much?? So many questions. I love animals and planet earth, don't get me wrong - but I have a gf who will not accept meatless dishes! 😓

No problem! You would add it right before or at the same time as cooking the mushrooms. I would use about 1/4 of a pound

@@Bravefreezer ground beef would be excellent. Even fatty pieces of beef like ribeye too
