Thank you very much for this tutorial. I have not been able to control PPC spending and identify which keywords are performing/non performing. This has become a major headache for me. With this tool, I feel that I can keep on running PPC on my own (I was tempted to hire outside consultant) and make the business profitable. $150 incremental cost of upgrading to Diamond member seems to be more than worth the money. This has been a difficult journey for me, but today I found a great tool for the long awaited breakthrough in Amazon sale!

Rightio, now I am intrigued. I had been operating using bulk files and had been repeatedly watching Bulk Upload vids between Steven Pope, Lucas Kwiatkowski, and yourself (having to watch about four times each to ensure I got every step and formula) and had spent weeks teaching myself how to do bulk files efficiently. I was going to start experimenting with H10's AdTomic in the next couple of weeks. Are you saying that AdTomic can replace the bulk sheets and a zillion formulas? Cos, I have to say this man, your opinion holds a huge amount of weight. If you say AdTomic is that good - I tend to believe it - because, in around fifty odd YT vids - you are always looking out for peeps. PS: Keep up the good work. I watch around 20 hours of Amazon-related videos per week and have tried around a hundred channels. This channel (along with MAG) is setting the benchmark in 2021.
@AdamHeist3 жыл бұрын
For bid changes/optimization, i'm a big fan of Adtomic over bulk files. For campaign set-up and a decent amount of negation/KW isolation I still plan to use flat files. So, in short - a combo of software & flat files; human & machine. Truly appreciate the kind words on the channel brother. Thank you!
@rodbritton3603 жыл бұрын
@@AdamHeist Thanks for the feedback. You have probably saved me around 20 hours of work! And (for what it's worth) my flatfile uploads typically have around 6-700 rows - borrowed a lot from your previous videos. The initial file creation (including KW research) I can now do in under an hour using a very similar method to yourself. First one took a day, but, it is literally a templated procedure now. It was the future adjusting I was after. Hence, I will have to give AdTomic a crack.

@kelseygallipeau29922 жыл бұрын
I have a question! So, the end goal is to create single-word exact-match campaigns but the performance campaign in Helium10 shows a bunch of exact-match campaigns within it with a single budget allocation for all words. When would you decide to remove exact-match campaigns from the performance group and create them as their own campaign. At that point... I'm assuming you wouldn't need to make any changes to the auto/ research/ performance other than removing it from performance because it's already a negative KW in research and auto? Is this correct??
@AdamHeist2 жыл бұрын
We upgrade them when they are performing well and could use their own dedicated budget. However, just pause them in the original. Some times (many times often) when isolated to single KW campaigns they don't perform the same - so it's always good to be able to revert to the old one's if needed.

Please kindly make more videos on this tool Adtomic. I unsubscribed from this tool in helium10 because I had no clue how to use it plus it was a little more expensive for me. But if it did all it promises then it would not be that expensive. But one needs to know how to use it effectively.

How do you like Adtomic compared to Perpetua?
@AdamHeist3 жыл бұрын
Generally speaking I like it better (especially for the value). Perpetua has some higher level tools like DSP and some video ads automation that I really like. But the cost of perpetua vs adtomic makes it so H10s tool is going to make the most sense for the majority of sellers. If I had a big account, lots of accounts, and was getting a lot of value from DSP ads - i would use Perpetua instead.
@drago9873 жыл бұрын
@@AdamHeist Thanks, both options seem cheap. We’re actually using a reputable aka expensive ad agency to manage ppc for us right now but aren’t seeing the revenue growth we were hoping for. So we’re considering going back to boot strapping ppc in house. I like the idea of Perpetua but I am a little afraid of the black box and not really knowing what’s going on. However if it performs better with less intervention and gives a nice full funnel perspective I’m sold. The big benefit of Adtomic is we can maintain our campaign structure and build off of the leg work our ad agency has already done. Spending 6-8k a month in ad spend which would your recommend?

Amazing info man! I got a questions regarding my ppc manual campaigns. I have been running these campaigns for 2 days since my launch, but I am not getting any impressions or sales. I believe that amazon is not showing my ads, which I tried to check for the majority of the keywords. I placed my bids significantly above the upper range of the suggested bid, and my budget for these campaigns of 5-20 keywords(depending on the SV) are around 60-100 dollars. I am indexed for most of my keywords, my listing is optimized and the campaigns are active (keywords are on delivering status). I have got this amazing offer, but that's irrelevant if the offer is not being displayed by amazon... I know it's only been 2 days, but 0 impressions and no ads showing is kind of a concern. What could be the problem? Btw my keywords are very relevant, since I am using my top competitors keywords, which they are ranking for. And I also got the buy box

Hard to say without knowing it more deeply. I think the adtomic is the simpliest/easiest way for people to improve PPC with low involvement. The most optimal way to do it is to deeply learn and implement your own strategy using bulk files OR hiring an agency to do it. Both require time/complication and/or cost. You need to chose the approach that is the best for your situation after weighing the pros/cons of each.

Keep the bid unchanged? Would you even consider lowering it? Or perhaps decrease the daily budget? Thanks in advance.

Great question. I like to stop or reduce spend assuming the organic rank and sales velocity holds. Just be sure to watch the impact closely. I know lots of folks that run ppc regardless though.

@@AdamHeist My %share of organic sales isn’t increasing despite good organic rank, so I’m going to try reducing the PPC spend and see what happens. Thanks!

Yes I used it about this time last year when the video dropped. However the brand we leveraged it for was sold and we have since used a new approach with our in house team. I still think it’s a good approach for sellers that want a hands of approach to optimizing ppc and aren’t yet ready for in house management or the cost of an agency. I never do videos on something I haven’t tested personally, though over time I may stop using a particular tool or change my approach (even though the original video is still live).

@@jaimesabogal7969 thanks for pointing this out! I just changed a new brand over and the optimization has been very slow (3 weeks in). I’ll ping some folks there to see if I can get a scoop.

Customer service just SPINS AND SPINS you. Adtomic is TRASH. Nothing works properly. Every support ticket I open is answered with a request to send screen shot. I have sent the same screen shots over and over and it’s been weeks. ALSO: their IOS app can’t even do simple math. It calculates my TACOS as .02 %. LOL. I wish. Everyday the math changes. I requested a refund for last 3 months of Adtomic. No reply. I put in a ticket for the IOS app and the TACOS math. Same stupid reply asking me to send a screenshot.
