INSE V120 Battery #3 and Maircle Battery Issues
Let's hope battery #3 stays working for more than a few months. Have you had any battery related issues?

The engineering behind these vacuums seems to really cause them to have a very high quiescent draw. I have an INSE V120 and after leaving it unplugged for a month, with a full charge, I go to use the vacuum and despite saying 95% on the screen it ran for only a few seconds before flashing the battery indicator. It didn't act like it wanted to charge afterwards but leaving it on the charger did bring it back to life with no apparent capacity loss. It really begs the question as to why these batteries seemingly have no way to cutoff themselves before damaging themselves like the Maircle or tripping the battery protection like on the INSE. Makes me kind of wish I bought something that either takes a tool battery or could be adapted to take one.

Maircle is dead. Company has vanished. INSE can still be contacted via their website and info in the booklet.

What power setting do you usually use the machine in i know from personal experience that use it in high power all the time can damage or sorten the life of the battery

Medium is always what I recommend for three speed machines. But a new vacuum still shouldn't have issues on maximum after just a few hours.

@@VacLab no they shouldn't the bad thing is so many major vacuum brand have the same issues with the battery personally I'm going to stick with corded machines at least this way I know that when I plug it in it's going to work

I would charge the battery and I would not keep the battery on the charger since you every day

I never "keep" any stickvac on a charger. Some people have to when they've wall mounted it unfortunately.
