I’m glad I didn’t buy the Inse V120 stick vacuum, the Inse shouldn’t have this issue despite how brand new the battery and the battery charger is.

I know with these cordless vacuums if used in medium or high power magority of the time that seems to be a common problem with cordless vacuums

I Think The Battery Had Depleted And Caused The Vacuum To Not Work Well Anymore. I Don’t Have A INSE Vacuum But INSE Might Send You A Replacement And Guide You To Send The Broken One Back To INSE.

INSE has already given me a replacement. And clearly the battery wasn't depleted .
