I just found out this channel recently and I have to say it is amazing and refreshing! However I see that you didn’t post any video for 10 months. Hopefully you are doing good. But, brother, I have to ask; when are we going to see the next one? Please continue to do this, it might grow exponentially!!
@BF-up5xw2 жыл бұрын
Sick you may be, but you've helped put a lot of HUGE knobs into very many GUIs, and that makes you a hero! And you did it all without regurgitating scare-mongering conspiracy theories that endanger the vulnerable. Hmm; there really is a different way to do things.

As one of the script-tutorial requesters mentioned at the outset, I greatly appreciate you not only making this (very helpful) video, but doing it in a porny satanic way. ¡Booyakasha! Big up Yaself…

I am a "non german" as well lol😎. Having lived here for a long time, I inherited some of the typical gramattical errors. However "German humour" does exist! It just requires a change in perspective to fully enjoy it. Thank you for loving me 😙

AS someone who has scripted a fair amount but created all my knobs, sliders, and switch graphics using knobman, I found your approach to creating your "big knob" graphic refreshing to say the least! I am not sure that my beard (if I grew it out as long as yours) would be full enough to achieve the necessary effect for a knob graphic sprite, LOL. Of course, as always, I really enjoy your humorous approach as well. You have demonstrated the concept of "So much from so little" in terms of demonstrating that one needn't start with 500GB of samples to achieve cinematic sound greatness. As everyone who gets into KSP scripting eventually does, I too have read through and consulted the KSP Reference Manual frequently however, it is largely devoid of good programming examples that demonstrate the finer points of the syntax presented. Especially when you are trying to link a GUI knob to control the behavior of modulation controls and other, deeper parts of the Kontakt Engine. To go deeper, there are some other resources besides the ones you mention in your links section I would recommend. I suggest for those looking for in-depth KSP scripting tutorials to consider the free KZbin videos from both David Hilowitz and David Healey as they are both informative and pretty easy to follow. Healey has pretty much moved on to the H.I.S.E. project and Hilowitz is of course knee deep into Decent Sampler but their older Kontakt KSP tutorials can be a great place to start. And of course, EvilDragon on VI-Control and also on KVR and other forums is always a great 'goto" expert that can be relied upon for sage advice. I look forward to your next video. You continue to not only entertain but also to educate. Bravo Chromo!

Hi guys, this is beautiful! I'd like to include something similar in some of my libraries. Then, if I wanted to make it appear that a key on an image of a xylophone, for example, lights up on note and switches off again on release note, how could I do it? Thanks in advance

Whenever I try to add a sprite to an instrument, it just shows all frames of the sprite at the same time (i.e. it displays the full vertical strip). I've followed your code exactly and can't figure out what's happening - any ideas? I'm using Kontakt 6 btw
