Beautiful house! Some real craftmanship here. The new owners I`m sure will be very happy with it. I love the breakfast nook with the multi-directional windows. Endless possibilities with the basement. Honestly, I love the front porch; nothing like grabbing a cup of coffee ,stepping out to get your paper and just sitting in a porch chair to start your day....

I could have cried at the end; I didn't want to leave my Dream House, and because the House is where I'm from not only did it make me feel good about this house it also filled me with happiness knowing Chicago still has its touch something Chicago will never lose. Hey duud not sure if you're gonna see this but i'll keep commenting it till you do ;) I would suggest maybe putting curtains together to see both stages of lighting, you may not have access to night time visitations however even just the curtains closed in the loungeroom exclusively would help provide that 'cozy' feeling if you get me.. even if you resist all other rooms. The loungeroom is one area I think people would enjoy seeing both with open and closed curtains.

Of all of the Chicagoland interiors that I've seen on KZbin, I like this one the best. And the architecture of the exterior is great and is compatible with the other homes in the neighborhood Although I would definitely never buy a dark gray or black house unless it were one-fifth the price... so the point is moot.
