I'm def a fan of free flowing open concept living. It's a gorgeous house; and yes, I'd camp out in that backyard. ❤👌

Nice house! Why the basement has carpet? No floor heating?
@andreisavtchenko3 жыл бұрын
It was just a choice the developer made. The floor is heated.

All slide out drawer microwaves are made by Sharp, no matter which logo they wear. That’s what the appliance store salesman told us anyway.

Are these builders using designers? Very nice home, but why wouldn't they take the cabinets all the way up to the ceiling? That and the quartz counters make the kitchen feel very builder grade and cheap!

Appreciate the feedback! Andersonville neighborhood doesn’t usually have homes of this caliber so the developer was careful not to over improve and deliver value.

I'm going guess before watching it all the way through. FRom Chicago (always a chicagoian at heart) stay in la now,back and forth from chicago, equally about 20 years in both places. I like to historical tours since chicago got me into that and unconsciously it got me in to old buildings and houses. Fortunately and unfortunately I go to a bunch of the old murder mysteries houses and regular historical houses so kind of have an idea of the lay of the land. So a few seconds in I'm going to say Chicago since I seen a brick wall through the window and most houses are not that close to each other in california. I'm going to look at more and might change my mind before they reveal it

Problem with most of the luxury properties in Chicago is that they’re sandwiched between crack-houses. No way I’d buy real estate in most of these neighborhoods.
