Kenyan luxury real estate has finally received clearance for take off. I'm consistently blown away at the lengths local developers and architects are willing to push the envelope to achieve absolute perfection. This is a good sign that despite the massive costs incurred due to sparing no expense over the duration of the project, they have confidence that the home will sell to a client whose tastes and budget align with the product. There's NOTHING to take from this masterpiece. After a million episodes comparing the Kenyan real estate scene to what South Africa offers and by extension the properties Enes tours in that price point, this house DELIVERS!!! The indoor swimming pool sold me. However, I'd also have an outdoor infinity pool running across that raised edge, because what's better than 1 swimming pool?

However, to create an impact on your international audience, you may consider removing fillers, tautologies and unnecessary wordage! You may also consider avoiding incorrect use of English language. For instance, instead of saying a "kasmall" room, say simply a small room. Try also to use the word massive correctly. Massive means solid and of great mass. For a room, you may consider saying a spacious room instead of massive room. A more professional approach will give you an edge. Keep up your good work.

Which means, after depositing 10% of the purchase price to secure a mortgage, the prospective owner will have to pay a minimum of KES. 5,190,390.85 every month for 10yrs (excluding tax and insurance). That’s at 12.2% interest.
