11:00 the Builder was strategic with the window placement. I love how the view reflects only the TOP angles of the other home across the street. Customer connection is the key. I like how the builder catered to 'feeling' of the home 🏡.

Good afternoon Daniel. I liked 1109 much better. The layout was more to my liking. The staircase being split was more appealing than the other home which after a long day; just the sight of those stairs was off putting.

I'm a staging student, so this is eye candy for me..Staging exquisitely done with perfection..I learned a new term, FLEX AREA, formally known as bonus room...No wire shelving in closets..Dreams do come true. .The height of the windows is impressive..Where's the elevator. ... 😃💯💯👍👍
