I like the 2nd home better. I for one, would like the Lanai to be walled on one side. I would put an outdoor kitchen there, and screened it in.

Normally it’s listed in the MLS, but the builder doesn’t have it listed it for these. I’ll find out and let you know.

Hi Josh, I liked both Homes. But I would Prefer not to Live behind a Pond or a LAKE. These 2 are Missing Built in light Fixtures, But other than that, Really NICE 👍🙂

No it’s not, but Lennar can’t tell me when they will start selling homes that are NOT age restricted. Are you only interested in this community?
