I actually have a different viewpoint, the concept is well designed and creates a sense of Zen; But the extremely huge dimensions of the interior might create a sense of loneliness and distance around the family, will a much compact design bring a sense of unity while being Contemporary and luxurious at the same time.

Copied the channel name From (Archipro) New Zealand, maybe project also copied. The copycats.
