I can’t find a modular that’s worth owning under 250,000 that will ship to Hawaii.

@@DonaldBaker-x9i Actually i think the glass is cheaper than the metal framing that composes these houses, glass is very cheap they get the most bang for their buck by cheaply building a pill house with rounded and sleek appearance so they can sell it for a fortune since it looks modern and futuristic. in this case since its so small they can only reasonably sell so high.

Why would anyone pay these insane prices for a junk material house that's likely toxic and the first big wind blows it away. What a waste of a video.
