Edwin thank you for watching the tour. You’ve been asking for a gas community for a while now. I’m going to make some calls today and find you one. I know there was a community in Leesburg that had gas. I did a video on that community. But there other builder in this one may provide it.

Definitely overpriced, 1600sq ft starting at over $400k, in what looks like an HOA neighborhood, spec model builds. No thanks. The design is not terrible though.
