Hey Vicki and team 👋 What a fantastic high-quality video this is of a gorgeous villa in Sotogrande. When comparing Villa White to this villa, the downstairs spa area of Villa White, which is truly a remarkable area in any high-end Villa, it really showcases what a high end spa could be. La Colina could be a truly spectacular Villa if it had a top notch cinema, gym & indoor swimming pool, hot tub, plunge pool and massage rooms. If you had the opportunity to have this spectacular Villa or Villa White in your real estate portfolio, which would you choose? If Villa White had this large outdoor entrance area plus a high end cinema room and more garage area then that would be my 1st choice. I love the idea of the chilling sections on the roof of Villa La Colina, some of the architectural designs are simply gorgeous and that large driveway, which allows you to see the vast front façade of the villa is spectacular. Luv the energy that you bring to your videos 👍😎☀️ It’s easy to see the passion you have for your profession. you always bring an excellent high energy to your videos and your presentation skills are second to none. Keep on smiling Vicky. All the very best to you & your team. Cheers from Vancouver 🇨🇦🇨🇦

This is the first time that I have finally seen the presentation of a Villa in Marbella at its fair price, although I find that the sub-basement is not at all adapted to the quality of the Villa For 14,000,000 € you must in a villa of 2200 M2 have a finished basement with an indoor swimming pool and a finished sports and cinema room, regarding the Solarium the same lacks a swimming pool or a jacuzzi Well overall this villa is close to a reasonable price, that's a change from the overpriced Villa scams in Marbella that I've been denouncing for years Thank you Victoria for this visit
@randahlbeach6 ай бұрын
Hey Pascal - This Villa is in Sotogrande (look up Valderrama Golf Club) which is about a 35 minute drive SW of Marbella. There is nothing wrong with the word profit. Eventually the price will be reduced when the over priced Villas don’t sell in about 24 mths. Villa Magda is an example of such history. Original ask was €16.9M and today is around €14.5M Villa Cristal is another property that dropped about €3M after a few yrs. If a developer lists a property that is dramatically overpriced they might get lucky and the new owner loves it. Generally, the pragmatic RE buyer won’t waste their time submitting a reasonable price offer b/c the developer is hoping to hit a Grand Slam Home-run in the top of the 1st. Cheers from Vancouver 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 All the Very BEST Pascal

@@randahlbeach Thank you for this answer, you should know that I live in Zagaleta that I am in my 3rd villa in 20 years in Marbella, that I know the market in Marbella very well, yes there are many other cases of villa that have been on the market for more than 3 years or even 5 years, it is also the absurdity of certain Real Estate Advisers who have not understood that it works more like Drumelia which has plagued the real estate market for 5 years and results in the market is frozen and the new owners have understood that it is necessary to build better, it costs 3 times less, my last villa cost me €5,880,000 for 2,500 M2 with 3,280 M2 of land

Those palm trees. Remind me more of Los Angeles than Miami. They are everywhere here, and in fact, Kings and Queens is referred to as the Beverly Hills of Sotogrande, isn’t it? Beautiful house where the prices, a little steep when considering the fact that it doesn’t really have a view. That travertine is just gorgeous.

You and Dominic Marro just have to touch everything and wipe your hands on wallpaper. Why? Added later: I just watched her actually touch two of those paintings. Wow. Is a bar really a kitchen? Glass doors on the office are stacking, not “pocketing“.

Why do they always talk about security and not being able to break the door when on both sides are giant glass panels? lol o don’t care what kind of glass it is I’m pretty sure it can break.
@balsar2246 ай бұрын
That's what I always think as well. If it were me those windows better be made of the strongest bullet proof glass before I'd even think about buying. Lol
@thePraddagee6 ай бұрын
@@balsar224 well you have nothing to worry about in those neighborhoods unless the apocalypse starts lol. Usually gates communities with security and gates just to enter. But it’s just funny that they mention how heavy the doors are like that means anything g when the front and back of the house is nothing but glass.
@fabiorobertoferreira9786 ай бұрын
Yes, I thought the same
@mhxxd45 ай бұрын
Actually you only think glass is breakable and fragile because usually it's incredibly thin. Thick laminated glass is incredibly strong like the the ones used on balustrades/railings. With double lamination it is almost impenetrable because even if all the the glass shatters it is still strongly bonded to the lamination and those broken shards are still super strong so they function structurally. The lamination layers can't be shattered so they are very resilient. It would be extremely difficult to get thru proper security glass with a hammer, sledgehammer, pew, or anything short of a saw. And there is ballistic glazing that can stop multiple large rifle rounds, these are 2-3 inches thick and still very very clear with low iron glass so you wouldn't even notice it was so thick
@mhxxd45 ай бұрын
@@thePraddagee laminated security glass is extremely strong. You don't stand a chance with a hammer and sledgehammer or anything like that. Bullets can penetrate but that's a loud extreme example and the glass would still give you enough time to get to the safe room or flee. And glass break sensors would notify the police. Mansions like this are built more like commercial buildings, they don't use regular glass. Security glass has been used successfully in retail storefronts for a long time

@DerEwigeKodex9 күн бұрын
So, between us, it's obvious you can sell anything to rich people because they don't know the value of money. In that sense, I have full respect for the way this house is being marketed. But first, you get a door you can't even open yourself, framed by two pathetic fountains. Then you have a choice of three seating areas: TV, foyer, and kitchen. No one will sit in the middle area with the TV and fireplace right next to it. The bar is - excuse me - a joke! There's nothing more to say about it. The view from the kitchen is okay, but it's directly onto the neighboring property 5 meters away. In the first guest room, visitors will love sleeping right next to the terrace and doing their business on the toilet. Very well thought out. The other guest room, thanks to the architectural trick with the black elements, is a luxury prison cell. You really have to sugarcoat that! It matches the bathroom fittings because they are “cheap.” The office is fine if it's for your secretary, but what kind of balcony is that - or better yet, landing strip! It's so small you have to climb over the table to get to the chair at the back! Why doesn’t the office have floor-to-ceiling windows? Oh, right, because there’s an expensive painting on the wall. That’ll have to do. At least they didn’t mess up the master bathroom - except for the faucets, but those can be replaced. And you shouldn't take a bath when the guests are on the other balcony... but okay, who cares? The wine cellar and the area in front of it are not inviting at all, unless you exclusively want to get drunk. It doesn’t matter where you do that. Just build the sauna where you can see the garden! In the basement, they obviously just threw rooms into the floor plan without knowing what to do with them. The access road to the house seems pleasantly quiet, but does the lower part of the property really border a four-lane road? And what will happen to the still undeveloped neighboring plot? All in all, a rather average house, but nicely presented with some fancy spins. Cheers.
