Talking about a great business opportunity. If you told me this was 2/2.3 million, it would be fine. The outside it a little bit “generic” but the amenities in the neighborhood the inside quality and that backyard are really good for the asking price. The only thing missing from the “Florida lifestyle” it’s the ocean… How far is it from the beach?
