Good grief if the builders assignment was to perfectly emulate 80s-90s style in a 2024 build they get an A for their assignment. Rather than being negative on your channel I'll focus on the positive. I love the primary tub! Your tours are always great. Thanks for the content!

Watching from Columbus, OH. I'm not moving. I love watching videos featuring luxury property. I subscribed, too. Great job with your video production, too. My thought of this property is that it's going to appeal to a family that is very active (or will have to be to live there). There are lots of stairs with laundry only on the ground floor. The odd quirky stairs and room shapes seem to be best for creative tastes. An interior designer should be hired. Very young children with access doors to unfinished attic spaces might be a concern. I'd secure those doors completely to keep them out. I know I'd have nightmares about things in the attic as a kid 😅. They'll probably have to drop the price considerably to account for the unfinished basement and the unconventional bedroom shapes and lack of 2nd floor laundry. Keep up the awesome tours! 😊

Thank you for the kind words, I appreciate them, and welcome to my KZbin community! As a kid, those doors would have been an adventure, and my parents would have been the ones having nightmares about me getting into them lol. Now that I'm a parent, I would add security locks at about 6 feet+ or higher so kiddos couldn't get in.

Just curious with new construction do you have any say in finishes and layout?
@TerenceRichardsonTours7 ай бұрын
With custom and semi-custom builds, absolutely. With the big production builders, most have changed their models to not allow the buyer to make any selections. Builder decides everything then when the house is at 80% completion, they sell it as a spec home. A few production builders still do presales where the buyer can make their own selections from pre-determined packages offered by the builder, but these are mostly cosmetic and not structural/layout changes. Let me know if you have any follow up questions!

Not too sure about all those stairs in the bedroom. I'd trip over some at night.

Regarding stairs facing the front door. According to Feng Shui , if there’s a staircase very close to the front door, it can have a significant impact on the energy throughout the home. A staircase that is directly opposite, in line with, and facing the front door creates a challenging feng shui layout because it allows energy to flow quickly in and out of the front door. This type of qi flow can indicate diminished resources or finances and represents disruptive ups and downs in life. In my own home, the stairs directly face the front door, which is why my life is ruined and I frequently contemplate suicide.

I didn't realize it had anything to do with feng shui but that makes a lot of sense. Maybe it's time to move and find a house with stairs that don't directly face the front door.

I would not live anywhere near a golf cart path. I my home was on the golf course, the golf cart path would have to be on the other side of the fairway, or no deal. Absolutely would not want to live where a golf cart path cut through right next to the side of my home.

That inside does not match the outside at all. Very disappointing. Outside is beautiful but inside not so much 🥲

These showers are cheap for a 1.8M home.
@TerenceRichardsonToursАй бұрын
What about the showers in particular do you think makes them feel that way? Is it the metal frame at the top?
@keithbox7407Ай бұрын
@@TerenceRichardsonTours Most not all, look like an afterthought. I would prefer more definition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. For 1.8M I feel they cut corners. Thank you.
