If you enjoy modern architecture, then this is the home for you. IMO, they did an excellent job executing modern design inside out. I'm not thrilled about the primary because it's underwhelming in size at this price point. I'm also not a huge fan of gold/brass fixtures but that's just me. The basement is an absolute WINNER! 🔥I'd give this home a 7.5 out of 10!

Front is ok, inside is nice. Farmhouses have that wow factor on the outside, like last week's house.

I feel like the cool gray walls and doors back date it about 15 years, not modernize it. The styling was smart in that it's mostly organic modern. They were probably trying to warm up the place and counteract some of that institutional feel that cool grays yield.

I would 100% repaint the interior. I'm personally over gray.

Hi, Terence. I love the space and color scheme. Staging was gorgeous, except the dining room table seemed a bit too rustic for the decor. Easy fix. I think there are cabinets under the big island where the chairs are in the kitchen. Storage everywhere. Outside is so good, I'd only come inside occasionally. I'd level the back so I could experience grass for a nature feel and a fire pit or flower garden. I'd presume anyone buying such a large property will hire help to clean those tiles and the white grout outside often. I do prefer less glass on the staircase versus spindles. It would feel less like an office building going upstairs. Love the floors everywhere. Light fixtures are beautiful and truly match the decor. I'd make the smaller loft a library with comfy chairs. Why did the closets seem so small? Basement is a home within a home. Definitely begs to be complimented with leveling out the yard for sure. Maybe a jacuzi under the deck at the basement level. Gotta set up elaborate smoker station, too. Dude! Publish your video musical playlist! I want the music! Love the EDM vibe. 😅

Everything is negotiable, driven buy supply/demand. They were originally asking $2.85M, and were previously listed for $2.798M. So they definitely did some negotiating to finish at $2.5M.

in europe this will be a 12-15 millions dollar home xD god i hate europe... and most people earn ~30 to 38k a year. and we got over 1500 euros a month of bills that are standard.
