Great video guys! We're glad you liked our Paladin-10 in 6.5 we special built for Matt! With such a hot cartridge, the system is actually over-gassed with the silencer attached causing it to cycle too fast and catch the ejecting brass. Turning our adjustable gas system down would be required for a scenario like this to slow the cyclic rate allowing for more reliable feeding. Alternatively, removing the silencer which you guys did, reduced the gas pressure and achieved the same result but with more noise and fireballs ;) Cheers!

Gun nerd here, been working silencers on pistols/rifles for almost two decades. Much like her, I always used brass ejection angle as a guide, and never considered something being too fast as a consideration. Thank you for the education!

I am retired from State Law Enforcement so I have basically been around guns all my adult life. That being said, I absolutely LOVE your videos and the fun you have while making them (I learn something new with each segment) . The 40 years I spent going to the range, I was around some very serious and very focused Range Masters. Of course, you had to be serious otherwise bad things can happen and happen quickly BUT being around serious people ALL the time made range time anything but fun. You are Serious yet Fun. Thank you for showing folks that you don't have to be up-tight while shooting and while spending time on the range. It's okay to "let your hair down" and enjoy shooting, heck it's a sport, so enjoy the sport. I don't shoot as much as I used to (now I have to actually pay for my ammo) but I have helped many, many friends / family become familiar with hand guns over the years and the one person I tell them to Google, before we visit the range, is YOU and your videos. Thanks for making shooting fun.
