Hey Jason. Already liking the preview. Huge. 6/6 3 powder room. Nice. Like the front elevation. $95,000 fee plus $2500/ month. Think nursing was the wrong career😂. The staging is wonderfully colorful. Breaks up the white. Nice office. Spacious 1st bedroom in a private area. Amazing living/pool/wine room/ bar. Have some Wray n nephew rum punch in that huge punch bowl 🍹🍷🥃🍸🍺🍾🥂. Huge dining room. Like the space. Is the sink a vase? 😂😂. Service stairs and you said an elevator. Big pantry. Nice kitchen. Like how the knobs on the stove match the cabinetry. Cozy breakfast nook. Comfy tv room and bath. Excellent. Amazing covered lanai/ dining/ outdoor kitchen/lounging/pool with seats/ fan. Love the pool with a lap area, shallow area and jacuzzi. Lovely stairs. Ohh. Walk up loft area with balcony access. Love that all the spacious bedrooms have en-suites. Kitchenette. Nice. Stairs to the primary. Massive en-suite. Deep soaking tub. Lovely space with sitting and office. Balcony 🙌🏼. House is huge. It looks like another house behind you on the primary balcony but it’s the same house. Amazing. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

I missed all the benefits you listed for "membership" in the description... I did see the corrected prices. That's a solid nope for me. There's no way I would would spend that amount of money in order to live in a house that already runs eight figures. You could literally donate the first years fee (over $120k) to any number of charities and build a home for a homeless disabled vet or a poor family. Which I would feel decent about doing, unlike an hoa fee.

I literally was just looking at this house on truila. I just don't understand why the finishes on this house looks so cheap compared to other homes in this price point in Boca. I think putting 300k to 500k to change out some of the finishes, floors and colors would make it look amazing. For instance the garage doors just blend in and it would be amazing if it was transparent.
