Hey Jason. Happy Sunday. So back in Florida. Front elevation is as amazing as the open entry and view. Staging 🙌🏼🙌🏼. Wine room and vault is DOPE. Furniture insane!! Wait. The furniture included? Nice. Kitchen DOPE. Pot filler. 3 dishwashers. Secondary freezer and storage. Water feature. Beautiful 1/2 bath. Elevator 🙌🏼. Staff suite. Not liking the laundry/1/2 kitchen prep. Let the laundry be laundry room only. Bedroom for staff. I’ll work and live there😂. The bar area. Yessss. Missing a pool table. Outdoor kitchen, pool, dining, lounging, center tree is amazing. Pool a little small but enough. Staircase no joke. The art all over. The statues. Primary with balcony 🙌🏼. Love the pull down closet. En-suite amazing. The salon area. DOPE. Shoe wall 😂. I thought his shower came on too. Your face. Like his shower better. Glad there’s a second floor laundry too. Guest bedrooms and baths spacious amazing. The media room with snack station. Surprised no bathroom in there. 3rd floor? What else? Offices with en-suites. Gym. Sauna with shower. Bath. Rooftop kitchen and jacuzzi. Jason. Lawd have mercy. This home is truly one of a kind.
