Hey Jp. Missed u. Was traveling for the holidays. Think I missed one while away. This looks amazing. The night views. The vast pool. Lovely staging. Numerous seating areas. Breakfast nook for 4. Theater. 🎥🍿🎭. Large powder room, gym/massage room. Dining for 12. Wine area. Island for 8. Amazing. Longest indeed. Yes. Can fit 2 more seats there. Another powder room and office. The pool is 3600 sq ft or the entire amazing backyard space is 3600? Love that the outdoor full sized kitchen is covered. Amazing primary suite and balcony. Relaxing en-suite. Wonderful closet and another seating section. Spacious guest bedroom and en-suites. Spectacular home. Thanks for sharing

Great walkthrough of one of the best homes I've seen. Home has absolutely zero weaknesses. I would have loved to see more of the mountain in this tour. Only thing though, in California, this sized/priced home you'll pay approximately $190,000-$230,000 per year in property taxes. So you'd want to have some hefty residuals coming in in addition to regular income to afford to keep this.

Security issues abound. Also, snakes, spiders, insects, coyotes chasing “fluffy”, bats, etc. Beautiful, but not very practical unless one is totally comfortable with desert living.
