Tell ppl that if they have a 5th Wheel Camper, Motorhome , a 4x4 Truck, a Range Rover With nice big tires or even a Nice boat they’d like to store inside THIS GARAGE- That the garage height is just Fantastic. Why? Because in Calif.Lots of ppl travel & many have these BIG ITEMS that they need this taller ceiling height to make sure they have plenty of head space while they are storing them.

The house is spectacular.. grounds are stunning.. I feel like the staging missed the mark though. But, of course .. personal tastes vary .. The new owners will have their own furnishings and decor so the focus for me was on the house and grounds. I especially love that curved space with all the windows on the upper level.. Watercolor studio ! : ) As always a great tour. I don't even need to like the houses to enjoy the tours. You are the BEST at this .. Tried to watch a couple of other similar type channels with tours.. they ranged from boring to irritating .. didn't make it through more than a few minutes .. This house insanely amazing right from the front door entrance, all the way through the whole building. Classy,stylish, nice light simple colours and yet glorious and pleasant. Eye to detail to every little things. The backyard is like a whole theme park to yourself and family. This house is one of the best, top five have seen from you. You can tell Enes was pretty excited to show us this property, and it's a nice one. So Enes, I would assume that realtors are still trying to sell and show properties even during this whole craziness that's going on? And in your own opinion what do you think the "temporary shut down" will do the PRICE and sale of homes during and after it's over? Will sellers have to be more flexible on the price? Of course no matter what if buyers have the money and want to buy a particular home they will no matter what, but with what's going on does effect decisions sometimes.

Hi here. I watch Erik Conover but he does very short videos ( aprox 10min ) of some of most expensive houses out there, they are good but i bet he misses alot of info and detail. I will love if u go and do some of his houses the proper way ( 30 min ). Love when you add the plan floors of the buildings.

Thank you for another excellent video of a beautiful home. Over the last six months I feel like your channel has really given me an education on luxury housing inventory. I find I have opinions on things like waterfall countertops and various types of marble and exterior cladding which I've not considered before. As my tastes refine, I find myself *disliking* various features of upscale homes rather than being *totally sold* by single features...it's a bit of an inversion from where I started. I'm looking for deal breakers rather than deal makers, so to speak. That being said, the pool oriented back yard of this home is a 100% deal maker! I can't recall being so enchanted by pool area. The totally private, partially shaded, naturalistic lagoon style pool without a surrounding slab is understated and irresistible as it feels like a "real" swimming hole. I like the personal style update as well, it instills your brand with a tastemaker rather than salesman vibe, which is inviting. Wishing you all the success in the world!
