Hey Jp. How you? Now I’ve seen you show homes on cliffs and hills, don’t recall so close to the water. 4 levels. Omg. Elevator. Yesssss. Light and spacious. Bedroom 1 would be for the housekeeper. Lovely lower level. Built in bar🍸🥃🍹🍷is amazing. Nothing like your bedroom being on the same level as the pool. Love that all the bedrooms have en suites. Impressive backyard is right. Love a wet bar in my owner’s suite. Amazing closet and en suite. Laundry is huge. I’ve lost count with the bedrooms. 6 or 7? I would not be on that roof. The pool area enough. The homes on the water look close together. This row of houses seemed spaced apart. Lovely home. And I kept my comments short today 🤣. See you week and have a great one.

This is a beautifully design 3 story modern contemporary mansion. Unlike some contemporary mansion, the front of that mansion is well design. the space in that mansion was use wisely. I like the open space dining room, living room and balcony. I like the marble slab in the living rooms. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom and master closet. I like the pool and last I like the view of the sea and the other mansions.

So surprise that the price is seriously rip - off high and have no value. First, the sea view however, it is not a direct sea view that shows too much other house in the front. After that the house used not enough valuable materials and details to build. Although 18 million price tag, you do not even get automatic sun screen, pocket door, and movie screen. This house does not include any good features at all that cheap floor plan and low level indoor/outdoor kitchen appliance. Just far from luxury features. Compare other home at same price rage you will know very easily. Hardly see any good ideas or effort from the developer. Overall, it is an example of failed over priced luxury home.
