Get rid of the moss wall and cactus no one like that . All the art work in the house get rid of it and place new ones . Plant a mango tree and if you cant find a large size go to mexico and export one but it has to be already producing fruit . These will sell if thse changes are made they way ir is now is a burn out home that is being passed down over and over by real state sales personell and buyers. The house needs a face lift . If the house jas being used for parties it will never sell at the asking price. The living room next to the garage I like but leave viewing 2 cars only drywall the rest these way you get that warm cozy feeling plus if the owner has 2 special cars he can have the view to them and they can add art to the room but the way it is now is all glass is not that appealing. The garage door make sure is a quite opening and closing door .the stairs case matches the floor make the stare case match the walls it will give it a more luxurious look.the piano has to be black and white See if you can exchange it or place it in a room where the floor is white .I just thought of these. Where the moss is place a portrait off the The Eiffel tower. Imagine that wile walking up the stairs . You can also make it a pixel portiat were the light changes on the tower as the day progresses. These house will sell but it needs to be reimagine because is being viewed by millions of people and now are interested in buying it. That basketball court is not a pleasant view and not something most people like it in their propery. I see the idea of seeking to a possible NBA player but you set the buying market very small by doing so but make the changes and it will attract a different market of buyers.the stair case needs lighting. get rid off the tile on the grass is ugly and people have seen it .
