You should really educate yourself on what you are looking at to be able to describe things more meaningfully than a middle schooler. We have eyeballs. We can see that the table is rectangular and glass. Is it smoked glass? Is it custom? We can see it is a light fixture. We can tell it's unusual. Who made it? Is that hand blown glass? Crystal? What? Was it commissioned for the space? You don’t even call it a chandelier. You need to know what a table lamp, chandelier, sconce, pendant, etc. are. Wood-toned is also just filler. Is it wood? What kind? Its a coffered ceiling, wall paneling, etc.

I'm not sure whether he thinks the pool and view are remarkable or not. Maybe if he says it 10x more....

no matter how "nice" these penthouse mansions are, they still kind of creep me out. you're living in an office building. a very nicely appointed office building but an office building just the same. just doesn't feel like a home to me. no shade on this video or presenter, very well presented just not to my taste.

I will never be able to afford this. But quick observations; This penthouse looks more like a apartment complex community area that was turned into a penthouse. The staging is also absolutely awful.. You're just paying that monthly for the view. Other than that, it's just meh. And that neon sign is a major deal breaker.

Love the Rancho Santa Fe area, one of the nicer areas in SoCal, loved the Italian tile it gave a lot of natural lighting throughout the house with the French sliding doors. The shower in the master was a work of art, the backyard is spacious with a very nice pool. Very Nice home.
