Even though most nyc houses ( even the expensive ones) look cramped, this one looks really spacious. I cannot believe I'm saying this ( you did this to me 😋), this house is a steal at 18 million dollars.

Architects did an amazing job, not just with the impressive details like that central staircase, but the floorplan works very well. The way they used interior windowless rooms like the office area makes a lot of sense, and the whole place has very good flow.

even if I had this money I would never buy something in a noisy, polluted, overpriced city. Having this money can afford you to buy something cheaper and more distant from the city and you`ll have the money left to live on.
