*It doesn't. He's all hype and self promotion now.*
@tel46505 жыл бұрын
TOASTER WEEKLY DIGEST INC. why wouldn’t he be about self promotion? His job relies on people knowing who he is so they can hire him to sell their properties. I mean what business doesn’t self promote?
@toasterweeklydigestinc.8615 жыл бұрын
@@tel4650 I think what he's saying is that it's that it's based on hype that makes it a crime... It's not based on results or value. This property has been dropping in asking price by the MILLIONS because they (and a bunch of other brokers before him- look it up in Google) can't move it. And here you have this snake oil guy touting himself as special and the place as special and worth it just to make a commission and get views. Self promotion is only OK when there's something of value to share.

TOASTER WEEKLY DIGEST INC. it’s not a crime to list it high though. You list high, negotiate, and if the offers are too low you keep it until you find the right buyer later on.

The kitchen and the dining room are on different floors, how practical
@MajesticFerret5 жыл бұрын
Well...there's technically outdoor dining just outside the kitchen.

I can picture a very wealthy, lonely, and depressed person living in this space. It has no warmth whatsoever. I enjoy modern design, but it has a depressing vibe.

It’s staged & impersonal, just a show house for the owners to show off/brag to their friends and business associates for networking. Not a home to live in. 🏡
