Sorry open plan bathrooms only work, if the toilet is in a separate closed off space with it's own door. I hope there are some blinds otherwise all the guest bathrooms and bedrooms are extremely exposed to outside views. The hanging rail above the beds, bloody stupid idea, who wants their bedroom to look like a dry cleaners.

Beautiful lot and design however the layout choices seem very individualistic. It would suit extremely well to a particular individual but most would be intimidated by the open washroom and closet, a full home theatre in the kitchen with not much of a seating layout etc. Great tour though and kudos to the designers on the boldness.

It's a principal, not principle, suite. Please proofread the text. The problem is that every room, but particularly the entire kitchen / lounge is simply far too big. There's a difference between spacious and hugely oversized, and this is the latter. For example the bath in the ensuite for the principal suite is totally lost because the floor space is far too big to be any use at all. The TV being 100 inches and almost invisible on the wall because it's so massive sums up the problem.

Most people dislike the layout but I love it because it is open space just like I like it and I can make it my own with my own furniture and my own style but the problem is that it was developed by a MAN and when that happens more often than not it will be black and white like we can see in that property and just to make it worse a grey wall!!, I hate grey, The garden again black-and-white and looking like a Hotel garden or some airport like someone else said here it is none of my liking either so I would have to knock that out and have a proper green garden, all the garden furniture barbecue area and the rest is useless here in the UK because how many times of the year are you going to use it? The main bedroom it is huge which it doesn’t make it cozy when it comes to sleep because it is way too much of an open space and the other bedrooms are tiny so I don’t get that, in conclusion if I had the money which I don’t, I would probably think about it and if I buy it I would l make my own by getting rid of so much black and adding some natural warm texture and colours to the property

Ticks all the boxes, lot of architectural cues without doubt world class fittings and materinal and Joinery. The only criticism I have is the floor plan design / layout could be better, looks like first year architetcural student did the floor plan.

I'm new to this channel and I don't know who the people are that show these listings. Is it the real estate/llisting agents who are showing the homes? Can we get them stylists please? That said, this gentleman is more appropriately dressed 👍👍for a multi-million pound home than the girls I've seen on the channel. No hate, no shade, just an observation that if someone is going to represent a high end home, then they should be dressed high class as well. when I go to view a home, I expect the agent to be properly attired. The master clothes closet is a delight to see. Very manly, but classy. Also, I like the fact the house has a mudroom/utility room. The person who cleans the shower heads will need a step ladder. 😂 Not my style, but there are aspects of it that I can appreciate. If I were to consider this property I'd want to know what is happening with the farm behind. How long will that lovely view last? Well presented.

Lovely modern home but very minimal decor and no pool or gym. Not many separate toilets either sorry no couple wants to share that much I don't believe it why would you need to with such a large home and no separate showers and toilets for couples? designer isn't married then or has kids. Too many sitting areas outside not used well could have had an enclosed pool and gym instead of the second seating area. Not enough sun in the UK to need an outdoor area all year round uncovered. Not many rooms either for a family I expected more bedrooms I suppose a guest could sleep in the office and where would the nanny sleep? I would need some more development to make this right for a family. Nice finishes no less for 2 million I suppose. I need blinds on ever single window or one way view windows no one lives this way even if you have no neighbours you have a guest not something they want to see. It's a good start a blank slate I suppose.
