its basically the same price as a trailer park home in ontario but honestly there is no yard. Not good for family or pets. worth it to spend more to get something practical

Beautiful home. The lot doesnt make sense. 3 million dollars but I can smell my neighbors feet im so close to them. With that big of an investment I want more privacy.

Something that many people don't realize when it comes to home buying is perspective. Your perspective is that if you are paying more, you should receive more (more space, more privacy, more upgrades) which is a valid opinion. More can come in many forms. However, these buyers were perfectly fine buying a luxury home with less yard because they don't want yard maintenance, which is also valid. Each to their own when buying a home and what their lifestyle may want to be.
