The presenter was exceptionally engaging. This was my initial introduction to the location she described, and her presentation style was quite charming. Her hand gestures and overall body language added a delightful touch to her demonstration. The finesse with which she performed the cocktail mixing motion suggests she might have experience in that area, perhaps from a previous role as a barista. The penthouse backdrop only enhanced the overall appeal.

You are not out of touch. I really enjoy their house tour videos but knowing the local area, £2.8 million for a view of (allegedly) one of Britain's worst hotels (google Grand Burstin) in a run down area on a shingle beach is insane. Also the Harbour arm is good for a beer or two but it is more festival than upmarket. Only credible bit was them eating at Rock Salt which is top notch...

Love the apartment even the furnishings are lovely as well. Question how are they managing flood risk? Folkestone is lovely all year round I think and if I had lottery funds I would move there for sure. Thanks Hannah :) Is there amenities in the building as well? parking/gym/pool :) some people like workspace as well. Both suites are lovely :)

Umm, English coastal style…with all those pebbly beaches? No proper sand in sight. Not to mention that inclement British weather. As for the penthouse, it’s okay if rather modern drab. Hannah’s really trying to sell it though…so doing her job. The view from said penthouse would be very nice on a sunny day and the roof terrace is quite impressive. Folkestone itself is giving me Westcliff vibes too…just a bit nicer.

I think it depends on your lifestyle. I agree, you can get a lot more house for your money inland. But if you have a yacht, 10 years free mooring is worth a lot of money.

Nice enough apartment, but no way will they achieve the ridiculous price. Red flags galore - you will be at the mercy of fluctuations in the service charges, more facilities (building site?)are due to be built - are these going to be funded via selling these apartments, some of them will end up being airb&b’s….. no way.

Very odd presenting. I think shes trying to use vocabulary that is too complicated for her and is getting herself confused resulting in strange and contradictory sentences. She also keeps repeating the word “organic” which gets annoying. Perhaps she would be better working behind the camera or else use simple sentences and words she understands.
