This is a realistic home with a reasonable price that it deserves 👏🏿👏🏿. It’s a gorgeous home and I love real estate as this is the industry I’m in. But I would’ve spent 2.88M differently on this home for sure. Personally, the ensuite bathrooms could’ve been a stall instead of a tub. The kitchen and laundry appliances could’ve been more of an upgraded brand. Definitely love the layout of the balcony, would’ve maybe had a spiral staircase from the main to the top. Everyone’s got there own opinion! This is just the changes I woulda made. Enjoyed this video!!
