Indoor pool is bad.....the house always has that chlorine smell and the pool room is always stuffy and moist...I don't like indoor pool either

Rather English countryside view - nice and lush greenery. It gets cool in the winter so the indoor pool is perfect for keeping in shape with a few laps daily. Nice color scheme and the price is about right or a little high given the new market conditions. But, everything's negotiable. The views are the strength for this place. Would have liked to see it lit up at night - I bet it looks stunning!

Lovely home, although I wish there were a lil bit more accent colors like a blue/ green kitchen backsplash, or a flashy colored couch in one of the many living rooms. 😍 I would have wanted that gym located on the area with the ocean / green space views not hidden down there. I don't really fancy that indoor pool, I would have converted it into a luxurious bunker/emergency/secret room. 😅😄😍

Different entry but the outdoor seating is lovely. Tennis. The backyard view is the seller. Wow. Office with a living room and fireplace. Amazing double staircase. Elevator 🙌🏼. The powder room is a full size bathroom in some homes. Wine 🍷 room 🙌🏼. And cellar. Don’t care for sunken rooms but must admit it’s lovely. Like the informal seating with private balcony. Formal dining. Secondary kitchen. Guest bedroom. Beautiful kitchen. Unique pendant lights. Another informal dining and family room. Amazing views is right. Ok. Lower level next. Nice gym/living room/movie/ ( backyard access)/ large guest room with access/ cozy living room/zen area/bath/ sauna /laundry/underground lap pool. Keeping it simple; the backyard is AMAZING!!!!! Looks more like a master condo. Bedroom. 2 en-suites his/hers. Living. Closets. 2 more guest rooms. Jp. You’ve outdone yourself yet again. Stunning home. it was a very well designed house. every room. was laid out for a purpose that makes sense. like the grand enterance flowing into a cross hall. and then the combined dining, living room, and game space. it's traditional design elements but still modern where it's important in the entertainment area.

The house is beautiful but need an update. Some areas seems old and outdated.

The house looks so big from the outside but so many rooms look so small and narrow. Also not keen on the way the house and rooms are structured. E.g. why is there a sink in one of the living room areas? Also in terms of decor, it looks pretty inconsistent; some rooms are decorated to a high spec while others are not as high. I'd be interested if it was all done by one interior designer.
