@@hawkeyemihawkgettingmoneylord When professionally staged, the furniture, art, and decor are essentially being rented. (Removed upon closing.) On a few rare occasions, a buyer likes the staged furnishings so much, they want to purchase everything. The owners of this property are clueless how to furnish a house on that scale. Probably a DIY job.
@lilacr.47395 жыл бұрын
hawkeyemihawk getting money lord afro hokage Nope, the furniture is rented and obviously they didn’t put a lot of thought to it because nothing looks fitted! The overall mediocre feel and look of the house's interior design and furnishings is, surprisingly, not the worst about this video. The real problem here is AD's tired content development that's now relying on a once fresh formula which combines MTV's Cribs background music (a sarcastic nod to the wealth of the aughties entertainment business nouveau riche) with upper echelon real estate, ONLY THAT now there's no quality property with which to set it against. On top of that, Mr. real estate agent squanders any reputation he might have built for himself over the years (has he?), by facing the camera to highlight wardrobes fixtures popularized by homedepot in 2009 and made popular, since, in every home in suburban West Covina, as if they are added value to a 22M duplex. Fast forward to 2020 Condé Nast's shareholders meeting, and someone will be wondering why the potential of the transition from paper to video hasn't been fully harnessed. Play this video.
