The living room reminds me of Citizen Kane's Xanadu and the scene where he tries to chat with his 2nd wife about her day but she can't hear him because the living room is like 2 miles wide!

I mean thats what ussually put in every luxurious homes. Couch here couch there chair here chair there and a daybed here daybed there so you can sit on a chair on the first floor , sleep on the couch on the fifteenth floor and lay on the daybed on thw thirteenth floor or swap em so you can sit on the couch on the first flo- ENOUGH! i know

If you have that kind of money, then you can afford professional cleaning services, that have special cleaning equipment to do it. I would expect the building has in-house cleaning services.

I think that is one of the main points, why the upstairs part is unfinished. Probably many people would have that concern, and use the upper level and the kitchen as "cozy home", and the big living room for pure entertainment.

@@Andrzej451 Being rich does not improve your health. Healthy food, exercise, access to better opportunities will al benefit your health. That is why rich people tend to live 15 years longer. If you are poor, then you need to educate yourself on this and try to find ways to improve this. CONCLUSION Yes, you need money. But not the amount you see here. For God blessings you don't need money. God blesses whoever He want, whether that has money or not. Unless you mean you need money to buy something, which you perceive as a blessing. Then perhaps you are right. :) But I was just trying to make people aware of not being ungrateful.

The most impressive thing to me about that apartment was the placement of the art on the walls and how at sunset the light from the windows fell perfectly between the canvases… knowing full well that as the seasons changed that would not happen year round, but it was pretty cool.

Athénaïs - I love my 1250 sq ft cozy home in the valley of CA. That place looks like a huge warehouse, no warmth or character. The views are spectacular, but after awhile, they’d seem ordinary. I’ll keep my little home, I’m rich in my own little niche 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡

And about the 'rich people' thing, that's how it works all around the world, not just in India. Most valuable thing about this appartment is that you live in a building where you have to share most of the amenities with other wealthy people (like the fitness centre & swimming pool). There is literally no better oppurtunity to network with the other elite living in NY.
