Thank you for this video...I've been "stalking" this house since I spotted it on a real estate page years ago (lotto dream - any day now!) and everytime I find a new listing, there's a bit more information or new bits to discover. I love the contemporary concrete structure with Scandinavian inspired interior. It is an absolute architectural and engineering masterpiece, and your walk-through really does this gem justice.

This house was def inspired by mid century modern architecture. The lines/angles of the house, the circular cut outs, the use of the wood, stones and bricks. Good stuff and a lot better than the empty white boxes we see on most property tours

Great video! I like the conversational nature between host and cameraman. Many home tour vids is just one guy talking and feels a bit isolating. Having a back and forth is a fresh change of pace!

Everyone wants ocean front and their is just not a lot of land for everyone to have their space. They did utilize the design the of the home to feel like you have no neighbors. We did not notice the other homes near by from ground level.

Track it down on Google Earth and you'll see that it is actually surprisingly isolated from the neighbours despite the somewhat narrow plot....I think this is as much privacy you can expect in West Vancouver - even at 25 mil ;)
