Does not exude the warmth or coziness of one’s permanent residence, but the clients seem to have fallen prey to people pleasing and thus letting the architect create a new art form at their cost . Curtains in the bedrooms would hide the iconic roof , so the inmates sleep without the comfort of drapes or blackout . That kitchen has to be the most bare minimum one and quite contradictory to the nature of home -dwellers who love to cook and entertain . It is more like a bachelor kitchen in a loft .

Storage and washing area is not kitchen space . I was looking at the utility of the cooking space . Each of these spaces have different functional uses . Good that you feel fulfilled.

End of day they will have beef fry and parota or samvar and pachadi such a pity. See the kitchen of Nami’s mother Bincy in the you tube video “life in wetland” They are Malayalis enjoy much better life and eat better food.😢

I am truly surprised to see the so-called new generation’s home. All the houses does not have any books, though they wanted a library. All the racks are empty. There are no sign of traditional designs of Kerala. No surprise anywhere in any corner of the house s. I don’t see any warmth in this kind of homes. It would be very suffocating to live here.
